    1. "Pilot"
gs: Dan Lauria [ Coach ], Sam Gifaldi [ Little Coach ], Ted W. Henning [ Big Travis ], Nick Danger [ Biker ], Gabi Simson [ Victoria ]

      rc: Mustafa

Single mother Gillian Apple unfurls a purple rug that has caught her eye and lets loose a Genie who has been rolled up for 2000 years as punishment for an unspeakable Genie offense -- falling in love with his mistress, er, female master. The outrageous, incorrigible Genie tries to convince her that he desperately needs the acceptance of a new master in order to remain free, while she is reluctant to let magic into her children's already disrupted lives and therefore stubbornly resists his attempts to trick her into wishing.

      b: 26 Sep 97 pc: _________ w: Michael Jacobs d: David Trainer
    2. "Jillions of Gillians"

      rc: Mustafa

When Gillian accidentally wishes there were more than one of her to better manage her busy home and work schedule, Genie obliges by cloning her as the careful, spontaneous "Fun Gillian". The two Gillians then compete to see who rules the roost. Meanwhile, Genie moves into Mickey's dollhouse when Gillian banishes him from the kitchen.

      b: 3 Oct 97 pc: _________ w: Michael Craven & Richard Childs d: Jeff McCracken
    3. "The Big Ride"
gs: Jessica Walter [ Estelle ], Ralph Pilolli [ Judge ]

      rc: Mustafa

Jerry Van Dyke joins the cast as Genie's 50,000-year-old grandfather, who must be decommissioned because his magical powers have waned. Genie's caustic mother Estelle also pays a visit, and complains that her son's master is a non-wisher -- but then Gillian finally makes a wish that may forever affect an ancient tradition as well as Grampa Max when she learns that he is to be sent on the "Big Ride" into eternity.

      b: 10 Oct 97 pc: _________ w: Susan Estelle Jensen d: Jeff McCracken
    4. "Mind Games"

Suspicion looms over the household as Gillian whose wish to read her kids' minds is granted, finds Mickey thinking one thing but doing another. Meanwhile, Genie wonders if his Grampa Max is going to be all right as he adjusts to living in the 1990s with reduced and unpredictable powers.

      b: 17 Oct 97 pc: _________ w: David Silverman & Stephen Sustarsic d: Jeff McCracken
    5. "A Real Don Juan"
gs: Luigi Amodeo [ Don Juan ], Wendie Jo Sperber [ Margo ]

Genie meddles in Gillian's love life -- or lack thereof, rather -- by conjuring up amorous suitor Don Juan himself. When she gets wise to her escort's identity, she makes Genie sweat. Meanwhile, Mickey enters a talent contest at school doing a magic act that involves her temporarily invisible little brother.

      b: 24 Oct 97 pc: _________ w: Sue Paige & Daniel Paige d: Jeff McCracken
    6. "Halloween"
gs: Mark DeCarlo [ Cable Repairman ], Andrew Massel [ Dracula ], Larry Cedar [ The Mummy ], Spencer Vrooman [ Matt ], Sylvain Cecile [ Frankenstein's Monster ], Kente Scott [ Kid ]

When Genie grants the children's wishes for startlingly real Halloween costumes, Gillian wishes for him to be a human for the day, rendering him powerless when it comes to helping Grampa Max, who has accidentally brought decorations in the form of the Frankenstein monster, the Mummy and Dracula to dangerous life. And even the cable repairman is not what he seems, making the situation really hairy. Meanwhile, Mickey gets to dance with a boy she really likes, but panics when he asks her to take her mask off, since Genie has transformed her into a temporarily "real" crone.

      b: 31 Oct 97 pc: _________ w: Steve Pepoon d: Jeff McCracken
    7. "Genie Without a Cause"
gs: Melissa Joan Hart [ Sabrina Spellman ], Nick Bakay [ Voice of Salem ], Aaron Metchik [ Mitch ], Douglas Budin [ Mozart ], Maria Cina [ Waitress ], Michael Anthony Liczta [ Beatnik Patron ], Branden Williams [ Dylan Patron ]

An unexpected visit from Sabrina, the Teenage Witch's cat Salem causes a '50s time warp which magically transforms the Apples into a stereotypical 1950s suburban family. Genie becomes a beatnik who recites poetry, plays the sax, and rebels against Grampa Max's rules, while Travis engages in a "race" to save Mickey from the undesirable guy she is dating.

      b: 7 Nov 97 pc: _________ w: Jeffrey Sherman d: Jeff McCracken

NOTE: On this particular evening, ABC had Sabrina chase Salem throughout the evening. She started in her own series, in the episode called "Inna-Gadda-Sabrina". Then they ran into Boy Meets World, this series and then Teen Angel, set in the '40s, the '50s, and the '70s respectively. It's a rather lame gimmick.

    8. "Future Shock"
gs: Ben Foster [ Earl ], Mike Randler [ Mr Schlesinger ], Mark Voland [ Umpire ]

Genie and Grandpa lose their ability to predict the future and are forced to trust in fate; despite learning the outcome of his big baseball game, Travis must believe in himself; and Mickey is horrified to discover she is destined to marry a computer nerd.

      b: 22 May 98 pc: G208 w: Linda Mathious & Heather MacGillvray d: Jeff McCracken
    9. "All in the Family Room"
gs: Marguerite MacIntyre [ Jessica ], Franc Ross [ Pirate Captain ], John LaMotta [ Toothless Pirate ], Jay Edward Anthony [ Pirate in Silly Clothes ], Kristen Storms [ Betsy ], Tommy Madden [ Alien ]

Slighted by his sister, Travis uses Genie's time-travel portal to run away to a pirate ship; Gillian decorates the family room with mementos that do not include Genie.

      b: 29 May 98 pc: _________ w: Linda Mathious & Heather MacGillvray d: Jeff McCracken
    10. "Welcome to the Dollhouse"
gs: Taylor Negron [ Javelhexesplix ], Stephen Sustarsic [ Clerk ], James Michael Conner [ Genie Emcee ], Michael Emanuel [ Harassed Genie ], Jerimou Shubba Erby [ Football Player ], Dale E. Turner [ Genie #1 ]

On Thanksgiving, Genie shrinks Gillian and can't restore her to full size, so Grampa takes her to a genie celebration called "Klunderbuk" hoping to get her back to normal.

      b: 5 Jun 98 pc: G210 w: Sue Paige & Daniel Paige d: Jeff McCracken
    11. "The Bad Influence"
      gs:

Genie has only a week to teach a beautiful intern the tricks of the trade or she will be sent back to the Genie Academy. Meanwhile, a strangely familiar but mischievous teenage girl who has a bad influence on her befriends Mickey, and Gillian reveals her own wild adolescence, and how a dear friend set her straight.

      b: 12 Jun 98 pc: _________ w: Jeffrey C. Sherman d: Jeff McCracken
    12. "Bride and Prejudice"
gs: Erik Von Detten [ Jeff ], Karen Lynn Scott [ Malevola ], George Furth [ Minister ], Phil Leeds [ Old Man ]

Gillian finds herself in mortal danger from a jealous genie who turns out to be Genie's fiancé, whom he inadvertently left at the altar 2,000 years ago when he was trapped in the rug. It turns out that all genie marriages are arranged, and Mickey's first date teaches Grandpa a lesson in the nature of love, causing him to reconsider the match.
