In the end she is thrilled when her stepson called her a bad PARENT.

    3. "Piece of Cake"

      Teddie tries to win over her new stepson by baking a cake for the Cheerleaders at Carters school. But it's shape, a bat and two balls, only wins ridicule. Once again she has fails to get recognition as a good parent from her stepson.

    4. "Jealousy"

      Teddy finds out that a friend of the family was once a lover of Max. She tries to befriend Abby who is often thought of as an earthy person. In the end Teddy and Abby realizes that they are too different to become friends. Teddy admits to Max that him and Abby are exactly alike, but then Max reminds her that opposites attract.

    5. "Motherly Advice"

      Teddie gives Carter advice about girls that later ends up getting Sexual Harassment charges placed on him. In the end the charges are dropped and the girl that Carter had his eye on ends up falling for him. Also, Teddie and Max go to premarital classes, which at first indicate that they might not function well together. However, in the end they prove to be a great couple.

    6. "There's Something about Max"

      Teddie and Max take dance classes to assure they make no mistakes on their first dance at their wedding. Max believes that he is rather good, however, Teddie knows that Max can't dance at all. When the dance teacher only makes Max believe he is better than Teddie, Teddie becomes frustrated. Also, Judy feels like she has accomplished nothing in her life and is very depressed.

    7. "Cooties"

      Teddie plans Eliza's Birthday party and has much success. Mothers of other children become jealous and do not except Teddie. However, Teddie sets out to win their friendship. They invite Teddie to help plan the School Fundraising Auction. They hope to make Teddie look incapable, but Teddie has a large amount of success and sets the all-time record for most money ever raised. The women still reject Teddie. Max later tells Teddie that their approval should mean nothing and he will always love her.

    8. "The Long Kiss Good-bye"

      When Max's friend Mark comes to town him and Teddie invite him over. Mark is a famous children's books writer. When it comes time for Mark to leave he gives Teddie a kiss. Teddie does not know what to do. Eventually she tells Max and he is furious. In the end Teddie and Max are at one of his book signings and Teddie tell Max to get the car so they could leave. Once Max is gone Teddie gets back at him by pushing a bookcase over on him. In the end he learned his lesson.

    9. "By Teddie Cochran"

      Max and Teddie attend a party, which gives Max a chance to speak to his role model who could give him a chance to write a story for a magazine. After he meets Max and Teddie he asks Teddie to write a story for his Magazine. Teddie writes a story about her attraction to Max and he becomes a local celebrity. Even neighbor women come to visit Max after Teddies sexy description of Max. When the magazine sells out the man that gave Teddie the wonderful opportunity finally wants Max to write a follow up about Teddie. Max later declines the opportunity and declares that his and Teddie's memories are something that is to stay between them.

    10. "The Mom That Stole Christmas"

      In this episode Teddie's mother comes to visit. She wants to see her Mom, but as time goes by she grows increasingly annoyed by her mother's actions. Her mother doesn't agree with the way she plans her holiday also. Teddie coordinates a party for the people at her workplace, but once again her mother take over when things get out of hand. Teddie then tells her mother how she feels and goes into the kitchen. Then Teddie has a talk with Carter and she discovers that Carter is the one who really is having it ruff due to the fact his own mother is not there for Christmas. As a result Teddie realizes how lucky she is to have a mother that does care about her.

    11. "Momma Bear"

      In this entertaining episode Carter has his first older girlfriend. This initially drives Teddie Crazy! Max, however, thinks it's cute. Later on the girl makes a comment that frightens both Max and Teddie. They decide to chaperon the dance that Carter and his girlfriend are going to so they can be sure nothing happens. Teddie freaks when she hears the kind of music they play and bribes the DJ to play an old favorite of hers. Teddie then humiliates herself by dancing in an old way. In the end though Teddie realizes Carter is a good kid and that she should not be concerned.

    12. "Car Wash"

      In the beginning of this episode Eliza comes home heart broken with Max because she was cast as meat, not broccoli, in the school play. She immediately runs to Gladys for a hug. Teddie instantly feels jealous. A work opportunity allows Teddie to choose a kid for a commercial. She hopes to make Eliza like her by giving her the part. Gladys advises her not to, however, Teddie decides she will leave it up to Eliza. Eliza gets so excited! While waiting to tape the commercial Hillary gives Eliza so much sugar food that Eliza is not able to do the commercial. So Eliza once again was replaced. On the way home while sad and sick Eliza throws up on the car. Once inside Eliza runs to her room and Teddie goes to Gladys for a hug. Teddie believes she has totally wrecked her relationship with Eliza but then Gladys shows her that Eliza has put a picture of her in her scrapbook. Teddie gets really exited and takes Eliza on her first time through the Car Wash.

    13. "Max Hates Hillary"

      In the beginning of this episode Teddie has her first Barbecue. Eventually the guests go home and Teddie tells Max she had a fun time. Max and Teddie were just about to go to be when Hillary showed up. Max goes to bed while Hillary and Teddie stay up all night drinking. They both get drunk and Hillary spends the night. The next day they both have hangovers and Max starts to be annoyed with Hillary and eventually starts to hate Hillary. This drives Teddie crazy and she takes Judy's advice and does what she does at work. She lies and tells Hillary and Max that the other likes them very much. They both decide to make an effort to be nice to each other. But they later realize that Teddie lied about the whole situation. They decided between themselves to become friends for Teddie's Sake.

    14. "There's a New Bride in Town"

      The first thing that happens in this episode is Teddie and Hillary find out that Judy and Markus have broken up. Teddie instantly sets Judy up with a guy named Russell, but Teddie insists she had nothing to do with it. When Judy and Russell really hit it off they decide to marry. Teddie immediately sets out to end this engagement. She admits she set her and Russell up and Judy. As a result Judy will no longer talk to Teddie. However, Judy still plans to marry Russell. Teddie once again tries to set Judy up with a man only this time its Markus. Judy then realizes she loves both Russell and Markus and decides to have two guys want to be with her.

    15. "Photo Finish"

      In this episode Teddie is wanted for a magazine special "Women We Love". She is loosened down during the photo shoot and ends up in her under garments. Teddie wants to know what Max thinks so she puts copies of the magazine all over the house. When Max sees it he warns her that if his parents see it they will not like her at all. She successfully scrambled to pick all of them up without his parents seeing the photo. However, on their way to dinner they see the picture on a taxi ad. She is very embarrassed. Everyone is originally silent, but, Teddie got it all out in the open. They eventually clear it all up.

    16. "Sex, Lies and Videotape"

      In this episode Max is gone and the kids try to take advantage of Teddie. When Carter is out past his curfew Teddie freaks! When she finds out he was drinking she grounds him. Carter spends the whole day annoying Teddie and Eliza. When Max gets home Teddie is so relieved. Max, Teddie, and Carter later go into the kitchen to discuss what Carter did. When Carter questions his father on whether or not he ever drank or smoked Max lies and says no. Carter is the punished and forced to clean the basement. While cleaning the basement he finds a tape of his father at college while he was doing drugs. Before Carter is able to confront Max, Max admits that he lied and Carter once again gains respect for his father.

    17. "Hot Potato"

      In this episode Teddie brings home a cat that was left at an Adopt-A-Pet benefit she put on. The cat seems to be evil after it chews off Eliza's doll's head. They have a cat psychiatrist come and try to solve the problem. He discovers that the cat is only responding to the negative energy he sees in the household. They find out Teddie is nervous about getting married. Everything is solved in the end and they get everything cleared up.

    18. "The Prime Directive"

      Teddie takes Carter to a bar, and he meets some of her friends and they invite Carter to a party the very next night, but when he shows up they don't remember him at all, a disappointed Carter is taken home by Teddie.

    19. "Spontaneous Combustion"

      In this episode Teddie is going to be giving up her old apartment. Judy says she wants it and Teddie finally approves. That previous night Max told Teddie they had to be quiet while they made love. Teddie decided that they could make love in the apartment and decides not to give it up. However, Judy says she wouldn't mind borrowing the apartment to Max and Teddie every once in a while and things are resolved.

    20. "The Wedding"

      Teddie's wedding plans are driving Max up the wall, but when Eliza tells her she wants her to be her mommy, she decides to elope at City Hall, while there Teddie accidentally sits on a blueberry doughnut and gets her dress stained, she wears something of Hillary's for the time being, a really trampy getup with fish net stockings, she immediately goes to a dry cleaners, but when she doesn't have enough money to pay for the dry cleaners she asked Hillary to distract her while she grabs her wedding dress and runs to get married before time runs. Back at City Hall, she realized she grabbed the wrong dress, when she came out of the bathroom the dress was up to her knees, and when Teddie and Max said their I Do's, the police come and arrest Teddie.

    21. "Girls Night Out"

      Hillary and Judy take Teddie on a road trip to a spa for her freedom to bachelorette hood leaving Alan in charge of the office, they arrive at a bar to have some drinks, then they surprise her with a car, a 79' Firebird, and it turns out to be the car she sold to her ex boyfriend, Rick, and the person who sold the car to Judy is Teddie's old friend, Ashley who Teddie learns that she slept with Rick while he was dating Teddie at the same time, she and Ashley embark on a popcorn and pillow fight, they later reconcile when she realizes the she could have lived would've been a rotten one. Max and Carter are trying a science experiment on how which fruit juice cleans pennies better.

    22. "White Moms Can't Jump"

      A boy on the varsity football team fails a urine test and Carter is chosen to play on the team. At the Game Teddie bribes the principle to getting Carter able to play. Once out on the court he gets hurt and Teddie embarrasses him. He is furious and says she can buy his love. So they go to get him new basketball shoes and they see a parent of another player who insults Carter. Teddie defends him and he tells her he does not need a Mom but does need her. Teddie also asks Judy and Hillary to speak at her wedding and Alan to be in charge of parking cars.
